Dream 5-24-2013 Big flat shovel made from some strange Material.

On 5/24/2013 I had a dream. The only memorable part was the image of a shovel. The handle portion looked normal maybe a bit longer than normal- like seven feet long or so. The shovel portion was about a foot an a half wide. It was made of a dull, silver gray material. The shovel blade looked like it was made of a heavy duty plastic or graphite material. I thought the type of material the shovel was made out of was foreign and therefore memorable. Memorable images have been predictions of some future event I will experience. Not sure what an image of a foreign shovel predicts. Have to wait and see.

Makes sense to me. Started a new assignment at work and I am reading tons to get an expert level knowledge level on the product I need to support. So the dream wasn't really a prediction of a future event according to the "Shovel in a Dream" interpretation from the internet. I still have a feeling there may be more to my shovel dream than the internet article suggests.

5-5-2013 Dream with the Word Delorean

I have been busy with life this past month but stopped to document three significant dreams I feel will have a real life impact in the future.

 My most recent dream on 5-5-2013 was deep and philosophical. I have had a couple these types of dreams in the past couple of weeks. Don't like them. Last time I had a deep thinking, philosophical dream it messed me up for seven months in real life with a broken arm.

The dream last night was testing good against evil. I kept visiting homes along the way that seemed to portals for ghost activity. It is as if these were the gates to life after death. The ghostly activity was subtle there and you had to search for it. In my journey to search for the activity in these 'portals' there would be entities trying to steer me to 'Delorean' portals for help, instead. I sensed these were portals of evil.

The conclusion in my dream is that I carry goodness within me so I don't have to seek outside 'portals' of evil for help. Deep, philosophical. A warning something bad is going to happen in my future.

I don't like those type of dreams.

My logical brain steps in and starts to proess the meaning of the 'Delorean' dream even before I wake up.

My logical mind focused on the word 'Delorean' and quickly translated this cryptic, subconscious jargon to 'Dollar' 'Yen'.

So key words from this odd, memorable dream seems to be 'Dollar', 'Yen', 'Goodness', 'Evil', 'Portals', 'Ghosts'.

I am not even going to try to figure out what the future event is for this dream.

On April 30th, 2013 I had a dream about how horrific events in our lives affect our future activities. They shape our future. Horrific events can shape how we live in the future. No matter how horrible they are it is still a part of our whole existence we have to deal with.

We need to learn from these horrific events so we can prevent them from happening in the future.

Our journey in life is made up of pieces of a whole package of existence. Horrific events in our lives may be a way to make human beings stronger by using our logical ability to review mistakes that led up to the horrific event and fix the broken pieces of the puzzle that led to the horrific event. These fixes make future events we experience better than the horrific event we had previously experienced.

It could be argued this adaptation to trauma is a part of the natural evolution of our species.

As a side note, I remember a college teacher telling me....

"Success in life is measured by how you deal with your failures- not how you deal with your successes."

Again, this dream has deep, philosophical meaning.

Seems to be preparing my mind for some terrible event in my future I will have to deal with.

I've learned not to like these type of dreams. They cause me real pain in the future.

I also remember thinking the last two dreams are outside my plus or minus 4 day window of predictive "Birthday Phenomena" dreams.

Based on the content of the two dreams my logical conclusion was to think maybe these outlier dreams are real "zinger" future events because they don't fall within my normal window of  dreams predicting future events. They may be radicals that can cause great harm or change to my normal existence...
We will have to wait and see.

3/23/2013 Buckles and Whirligigs

On 3/22/2013 I had a dream involving scenes from various extreme sports. Then the dream concentrated on creation of a better helmet buckle needed to assure the helmet did not fall off during extreme sporting. The new clasp for the helmet looked like a plastic cylinder that came in two halves and you just screw together to buckle it. Then my subconscious kept repeating buckle, buckle, buckle! My logical, conscious mind interpreted the subconscious babble to be saying "butt cold" and I woke up and turned on my electric blanket. I woke up to find snow on the ground. It had been a cold night!

Also updated for a real life event matching my 1/3/2013 "Whirligig" dream blog entry. The real life "Whirligig"  event happened matching the dream on 3/23/2013 at a showing of the +Cirque du Soleil Amaluna I went to.

As always, I am totally amazed at these dream predictions of real life events I encounter. You can't make this stuff up. It just happens!

02-28-2013 Visions of Two Women

I had a memorable dream on 02/28/2013.

Just two quick snapshots of women.

One was a lean, short haired,  strawberry blonde young lady about 5' 9". Her composure was straight-laced. Clothes were business casual with a sky blue skirt and a light, colored blouse. Complexion was pale, white. Eyes were light blue with a stare that could burn a hole in you. Her disposition seemed dead serious and uncompromising.

The other vision was a non-descript, white fleshed, women's body squished into about a three foot square glass box. There was not pain or struggle with this vision. Just a bizarre snapshot. Reminded me of a large octopus in an undersized, glass aquarium.

I have no idea what these visions mean and they do not reflect anything I am currently doing in real life. They are bizarre to me.

That is why these dreams are so memorable. Then they linger in my mind long enough to make sure I am able to record the details of the vision into my memory. I am not a detail person but these types of visions seem to be intelligent and take the effort to burn a copy into my memory with unusual, vivid detail.

I've learned to accept these "intelligent" visions and document them as best I can for future reference.. I know sometime in the future reality will fill in the missing context of  where these visions fit in to a future event in my real life.

It is fun to just document the facts and wait for reality to verify the vision(s).

I try to relate my visions to reality as I let my life unfold. Many times I think a specific situation matches the vision I had in a dream but it doesn't quite feel right. I document them anyway to allow you to see I am only human and we make many errors before we hit the mark. Practice makes perfect.

When a real life experience I have finally matches the vision in one of my previous dreams the details from the vision in the dream are repeated in the high definition, colors of reality. The context of how the vision I had in a dream fit into my real life becomes obvious.

Just take a few moments to read the following dream from 6/24 and 6/25/2012. Visions from these dreams became crystal clear when I went on vacation to Kauai on 01\25\2013. Just look at the day the real event took place- on the 25th. There is no way a person can plan something like that. We hadn't even planned to go on a helicopter ride until the night before we went and were still hesitant the day we did go. I vowed never to go on a helicopter because I was scared to death and it was too expensive! Circumstances were such that we felt we could splurge a little because we had saved so much on airfare and hotel room costs. The condo turned out to be a very nice Marriott Courtyard on the beach. So many more details on this trip matched my 6/25/2012 dream images it becomes very obvious when the real life event happens.

Update 01\25\2013

Went on helicopter tour of Kauai. Definitely could relate the keywords in this dream to my Kauai helicopter experience. The crater the helicopter brought us into on Kauai was tight, with jungle like trees on the side. We made tight circles in the crater as we slowly rose to a level to fly out of the crater. The man sitting next to me was impressed by the women pilot's flying abilities in the cramped cone shaped crater. He exclaimed, as we exited from the crater. "THAT WAS A 10!!" I found out after we had landed, he was an airplane pilot. The women helicopter pilot had passed his experienced level of admiration. A rite of passage into being accepted as a great pilot! This real life experience was 7 months after my dream. I have never been in a helicopter before this experience. I have been looking at a lot of timeshare condos today and weighing the costs versus benefits of timeshares. Deja vu.

When I told someone at work we had gone on a helicopter ride he said there are airplane or helicopter crashes almost every year in the Hawaiian chain of islands!

I've never flown this close to the side of a cliff in the jungle in my life.If I had know we were going to get as close as we did I would have never gone on the helicopter ride. It was kind of scary and the pilot was inching along with great precaution.

The following picture is a picture of the crater we flew into with the helicopter. A dead ringer of the vision in my dream 7 months earlier. You can't make stuff like this up. It just happens. In fact, I didn't even plan this trip. My wife phoned my at work one day and said I got a screaming deal on a trip to Kauai and we are going!

 

Original blog of dreams I had on 6/24 and 6/25/2012

Two memorable dreams happened on 6/24 and 6/25/2012. They are out of context with what I am doing right now so I believe they are predictive.

The dream on 6/24 was vivid. Both dreams have freudian "ego" elements to them.

A right of passage for the group of airline pilots in the dream was to be able to take the commercial jetliner you were flying and be able to make tight circles in a descent down a cone shaped ravine of surrounding jungle-like mountains. Close to the bottom you would have to pull the plane up in a sharp ascent skyward to get out of the ravine. I have experienced a sharp descent/ascent while flying it Carribean islands like St. Barts.

The dream ends with the crew crashng the plane at the top of the ravine as we came out. The front of the plane was destroyed leaving all the passengers alive and hanging vertically down the ravine's steep side. Sounds a bit on the sexual side to me...

So key words are ego, ravine, commercial jetliner, crash, death of crew members and passengers.

Second dream involved aquaintances of ours moving into a condo we lived in. The couple moving in were highly successful and apparently were downsizing. They became involved in selling the latest and greatest offering from a cable TV company. My impression was this couple was still very aggressive in their later years- working and pushing products to "keep up with the Jones's".

Both dreams shouted out to me "ego" issues. As if the pilots and my acquaintances were saying,

"Look at me! I have what it takes and have a need to show off in some way."

Have no idea what this all mean but it is interesting to note this is the second dream where "well-to-do" people are living in condos.

Update 7/11/2012: I saw on the internet a title of an article on "Why rich people choose to still rent apartments instead of buying." Hit the key words "well-to-do" and "living in condos" from the dream in this blog...didn't read the article yet but did experienced the "real life event" with matching key words from this blogs dream.

Dream 1/3/2013 An amazing whirligig yet to be invented.

Update 3/23/2013 I believe I saw my amazing whirligig at a big top showing of +Cirque du Soleil "Amaluna" this past weekend. I think of a whiligig as an amazing display of balance and motion. In the "Amaluna" show this lady walks out on stage. There is a pile of what appear to be a dried palm frond stems on the floor. In the next 10 minutes or so she assembles a skeleton of a bird in flight with one hand while the other hand holds the balanced structure.She picks up each frond with her toes and lifts it up to her free hand to build the delicate structure. She is simply balancing each piece of frond on top of another to assemble this amazing bird skeleton. This thing is huge, five feet or larger, and she ever so slowly adds more fronds to the perfectly balanced masterpiece with one hand from the pile of dried fronds on the floor. Then the stage starts circling so you can see the delicate nature of this precariously balanced master piece. She balances the huge frond masterpiece on her head without any hands while the stage is still whirling slowly around. Amazing! After that she takes a final frond from the floor and uses it to balance her delicate structure on top of the single frond. By this time the crowd is going wild with amazement. The lights and costumes of the Las Vegas style show make up for the bland, tan color of the whirligig this lady so delicately created. At the end, with one finger, she touches the delicately balanced structure and it collapses into a flattened  heap on the ground. As I walk out of the show I thought it would be cool if they made a miniature version of this amazing structure she built. I also thought I would become frustrated trying to replicate the perfection of balance and motion she had accomplished in the show.

There are too many matching words and phrases from my dream to not believe this real life event was not predicted in the dream about a five foot whirligig I had on 1/3/2013. That is even more amazing to me!

I had a dream on 1/3/2013 about an amazing whirligig. It was  about 5 feet wide and lay flat on the floor in a resting state. It was made out of what appeared to be multi-colored glass with a steel border to hold the less than 1/8 inch thick multi-colored sheets of  glass in. (the steel border looked like the steel edges of a snow ski).

The pattern of the 5 foot wide whirligig looked similar to a continuous piece of peeled apple or orange skin. The demonstrator simply flipped the top most piece of the continuous rind of whirligig glass up in the air with their arm. An amazing display of color and light was displayed as the whirligig twisted around in a flurry of contorted angles for a minute or so in the air before settling down back into a resting state. It looked like a five foot wide "Ground Flower" fireworks display.

I don't know why I was so excited about the device. I just thought it was a really cool, artsy toy! I decided to buy one for about $500 and then thought it would be impossible to replicate what the demonstrator did without the whirligig shattering into a thousand tiny pieces of glass.

12-24-2012 Feelings of Extreme Uncertainty, Apprehension

I am really having trouble sleeping tonight. I have great feelings of uncertainty. I feel like something is not right. I am apprehensive of this next year. All I know from my past dreams is the number 13 is significant.

When I say to myself '2013". I do not have calm feelings. I have unsettled and ominous feelings. I have a feeling significant events will happen in 2013. Whether these are personal events or worldwide. I don't know. I may be picking up a major global mindset right now. People around the world are very uncertain of the future right now.

Key words/images from dreams I have had in the past couple of days are:

Glimpses of the ocean floor cracking and dropping four inches or more. Multiple shards of melting glaciers, ice blue in color, with a young girl's head bobbing up and down in the freezing water.

Major events happening to me personally or the world, in 2013, is not necessarily all bad. 2013 is not a year you should sit back and watch go by. Be prepared for an intensity requiring an alert state of mind.

Now maybe I can go back to sleep. This predictive awareness has  a negative side to it. Messes me up with too much intensity sometimes.

My subconscious mind seemed to want me to remember these words in my dream last night. It kept repeating New Era! New Era! New Era! about 12 times.

The gist of the dream was New Era! Lots of water. Intense competition/wars for resources that was skill based- like the Amazing Race.

The dream was memorable, used words I don't use (Era) and was disturbing. So I am reporting it as a possible glimpse into the future.

Definitely a match. The year 2100 is a "New Era" with lots of water- the UN predicts a 3 foot rise in sea water by the year 2100! Note how close to the day I had the dream and when the UN article was published. 12/18/2012 versus 08/19/2013- one day difference.

You cannot stop the water - Dream 11/19/2012

Great floods, feelings of hopelessness, freeway overpasses surrounded by 10 feet of water.

Had a dream last night there were great floods. Some places had water 20 to 30 feet high. People were stranded every where. No one knew what to do. They banded together and were searching for a way to get somewhere. Some were not sure who they were following or where they were trying to get to. I got the feeling it was so bad the government could not even react to get things back in order in a timely manner. This flood appeared to be located in North America due to the scene of freeway overpasses where people stood to escape the rising water.

11-13-2012 Knife Attacks and Pigs take over the world in the next holocaust

I had a couple of memorable dreams on Nov. 11th and 12th, 2012. I wasn't going to document the one on Nov. 11th because I have just started a new job and figured it had something to do with competition for jobs, back stabbing others that are competing for your job, etc. Then I had a memorable dream the next night and thought it was a rather morbid idea too. So I'll document both.

On the 11th I had a dream where the people were in their twenties. It was a war on a small scale. The warriors only had big, sharp kitchen knives. They were stabbing each other to death. The scene was played out on green, rolling hills.

All I remember about the dream on 11/12/2012 is the fact that after the next holocaust on earth the surviving species to rule the earth will be pigs!

Where did that come from?

Update 4/9/2014 The significance of the pigs taking over the world is pigs have snouts. Two other dreams in this blog identify species with snouts. I now interpret this as species with snouts and a sharp sense of smell are very important to their survival and to survival on earth and in our universe in the future.

10/23/2012 Bizarre Secret Government Society

I start thinking things will quiet down on the dream front when BAM! I get hit with another dream that I would classify as just plain weird and out of context with my current life.

Where do I get these dreams? What prompts them?

I might have a clue from my latest dream.

As my knowledge grows on how my subconscious works the window opens a little more in my understanding of predictive dreams.

I now believe the subconscious feeds on my past experiences to report real live events that I will experience in the near future (up to two years later than when the dream occurs).

It appears the reason I had my weird dream last night was because of key words or phrases from the conversation I was having with my daughters the night before.

Without going into great detail of the previous night's conversation the key words were "black suits", "James Bond", "gadgets they put on fancy cars that the average person like me wouldn't even think about or know they existed" (Ex. How when you start to close a Cadillac's trunk lid a power assist takes over and gently closes the trunk automatically without manual assistance).

My mind internalizes that recent real life experience as a memory and my subconscious picks out the key words and comes up with the weird dream. I believe my subconscious mind pulls key words from my new memory and also reaches out at a quantum level to report, in dream form, matches to those key words from events that will occur in a more universal realm.

See if you agree the key words from the  conversation with my daughters the night before spawned my dream last night.

The dream was about visiting a secret government society where there are a large number of very smart people. The closest I can think of to the images I saw in my dream are scenes from "The Men in Black" movie where there is a whole society of disguised aliens. In the "Men in Black" movie there are government agents trying to manage the aliens and keep them out of trouble.

In my dream the people are definitely human. They are very smart and the society is divided into specialized knowledge groups. Each group is like a secret fraternity/sorority and enterance into the group is highly regulated by the the members of each group.

This dream was extremely detailed with examples given of what each group specialized in. I don't remember details of their specific knowledge or the examples. In general it was "We have found out if we do this then the results are this. In some cases we are not sure why that happens but it works!" I even visited a hotel where the secret society members go for vacation. It was very fancy with a really cool water slide park in it.

In summary, the dream revealed there is a secret group of government employees somewhere in the world with extreme intelligence and specialized knowledge in concepts beyond the average human's level of understanding. They are highly organized in specialized groups and actively using their specialized knowledge to the betterment of mankind...I think.

My take on the dream is that the government is working on stuff beyond the average person's comprehension. That isn't too shocking. It is what that knowledge is and how advanced their understanding and application of that knowledge that would shock the average person.

With my new knowledge from this dream I am certain some of the reports of alien or space ship encounters around the world are not from outer space but from this secret society and their  experimental applications of the specialized knowledge they have.

Sometime in the next couple of years I will experience and event that matches the key words and phrases from this dream.

09/20/2012 A Dream Roman Baths found in a Desert Area

I had a dream I discovered a beautiful, ancient Roman bath in a desert area. I have visited Ephesus, Turkey and the Roman ruins there. This dream reminded me of the Roman baths there. Don't know why this dream came up. Memorable but out of context with what is going on in my real life right now so I am documenting now for possible key word matches from a future, real life experience. Also had another dream, same night, about how it is wise to be very careful how you treat others. Cannot remember anymore of the details of the dream.

Update 9/24/2012 - Probably references the find below published the 17th and 18th of September. . Didn't know about the massive mosaic discovery until today, 9/24/2012.

I think my dream was on 09/19/2012. The key point with this dream is noting how the subconscious really depends on my past experiences to define future events it is capturing.

The fact I had seen Roman baths at Ephesus, Turkey allowed my subconscious to use a memory already stored as a shortcut to describing a future event. I was just picking up "global vibes" from current news articles published on the 17th and the 18th of September. I was not aware of the discovery until, out of curiousity, I surfed the web for "Roman Bath" news articles on the 24th of September to try and understand why I was having such a random dream at this point in time. My real life experience was seven days after the news article.

Had some significant news affecting my current health situation yesterday, 9/12/2012, and maybe more today. Not going to share the details since it is personal info and most likely a temporary issue.

I am just noting here a pattern of significant events in my life happening between the 11th and 13th of the month. This pattern was noted in previous "Religion of One" blogs.

I think that is weird but interesting!

Why would certain dates of the month be more significant to a person's life than other dates of the month?

I have no idea at this point.

Key words from my dream on July 14th, 2012 happened to me in real life August 1st, 2012

I broke my arm falling off a ladder on August 1st, 2012. Looking at key words from the July 14th, 2012 dream I had reveals the following key word/phrase matches between the real life event and my predictive dream. Deja Vu!

July 14th Dream...

It was too hot last night so I stayed up late and watched a documentary about a guy that goes around the world asking gurus, psychiatrists, preachers and even kids "Why do we exist?" "Do you believe in God?"...really deep, thought provoking questions. So just before I wake up on 7/14/2012 I have the following dream:

I come into what I think is my living room and all these late twenty early thirties people start arriving. I don't know any of them. I look at one of them and say "This isn't my house is it?" They answer back with a puzzled expression "I don't think so."

So I walk out of the house and start walking down a paved road. I look up and there is this massive mountain. It is so large I can't see all of it even by craning my neck back and looking way up into the sky. Someone walks by and smiles at me as if to say "Isn't it beautiful!" I keep walking down the paved road. I come to a stop sign. I look up again into the sky. The stop sign seems to stretch high into the air. It appears to be holding a massively huge disk in the sky from falling on me. It is a tan colored disk with strange unintelligible phrases, etched in stone circling the massive disk. My logical mind tells me it looks like a "Rosetta Stone". Another person walks by and I ask them what it is.

They tell me it is a reflection in a lake and something about how it should be taken out of the lake at some point.

By then my physical body is totally disoriented. I don't know up from down. I feel like I am falling into what I thought was the sky but is really a lake.

My brain can't handle it.

I look at the road and hesitate to go further. The road is no longer paved and appears to be in a wilderness area. It turns sharply to the right.

I wake up. My body is reeling. It is the feeling you get when you don't know up from down in your mind.Your body goes into a panic mode because it is afraid you have no control of what is up and what is down. Your brain thinks it is going to fall into what you thought was the sky but turned out really to be a reflection in a lake. It is an awful feeling of losing control of your senses.

I think the dream is a warning.

The August 1st real life event of breaking my arm matches all the key words/phrases in the above 7/14 dream explanation. The August 1st accident happened while working on a house I bought in Kellogg, Idaho right on the side of a mountain. It was not my primary residence.

Standing on the third step from the top step ladder for quite awhile. The tan primed sheet of T11 plywood was awkward to hold and slipped from my hands only to be stopped from hitting the ground by my step ladder. All of a sudden the step ladder buckled and flipped me up so I was diving to the ground, head first, from 12 feet up. After hitting the ground with my right elbow my senses were reeling. I tried to stand up and my right arm went limp and flopped forward. I used my left arm to support the broken Humerus bone of the right arm and my helper got me to my car and he drove me to the hospital. I was sweating like I was in a shower and everything was turning white. The pre-primed piece of T11 plywood I was holding up when the ladder buckeled was square with tan primer and a strong wood grain. The wood grain could be interpreted in a dream as strange markings. The x-rays of my right arm showed a clean break of the right arm's Humerus bone into two pieces. I had surgery on August 2nd, 2012. The 'disk' in the dream could be a cross section of my broken Humerus bone with the  'jagged' edge of the broken bone matching the strange 'jagged' markings around the disk I remember from my dream. The surgeon had to 'fish' out the two broken pieces of my Humerus bone in my arm and shove a long rod right through the middle of the broken Humerus bone to make the two broken pieces of bone whole again. He super glued skin lesions instead of stitching them so no more visits to the doctor are necessary to take out any stiches.
This August 1st, 2012 real life event is freaky close to the key words and phrases from the July 14th dream. "It turns sharply right!" An exact match to what the ladder did when it buckled and what my right Humerus bone did when it broke!

Could this accident have been prevented if I was more aware of the matching key words and phrases from my dream two weeks earlier while I was working on the Idaho house?

Danvion needs improvment dream on 7/27/2012

I remembered this statement from a dream I had on 7/27/2012.

"Danvion needs improvement."

Have no idea what Danvion means or why it needs improvement but it was memorable and not anything I know anything about!

Update 9/10/2012: My original interpretations of the dream below were all inaccurate. The real life event occurred on 8/1/2012. I was holding up a heavy piece of "tan" T11 plywood with a heavy wood grain on one side of it. I was trying to position the piece of wood to mark where to cut it to match the roof pitch. The step ladder I was on buckled from the weight of the plywood and myself. I was sent flying head first from 12 feet up on the step ladder and hit the ground with my right elbow. My Humerus bone took a "sharp right turn" and snapped in two. I stood up, "my physical body is totally disoriented" because I was is an state of shock. The bottom portion of my right arm fell forward and I had to hold in place to avoid having the bone poke through the skin. Needless to say there are multiple key words and phrases in this real life experience that matched my dream below. It is easy to try and interpret what a dream means but in reality it is very difficult because you don't have any real understanding of the context the dream's words and phrases will be in when the real life event happens unitl it happens! I still believe that if I try to think to much about why we are here it would drive me crazy though! :-)

If I ever try to pursue the question "Why do we exist?" I will become stark raving mad.

My physical mind and body were not built to handle the immensity and totally foreign concepts revealed down that road.

I am not physically prepared to handle such massive and foreign topics.

It made me feel like I am no more capable of tackling "the meaning of life" than a vunerable snail in a three dimensional shell.

Note added 7/15/2012 - Another interpretation might be if we want to continue down the road of enlightenment about the meaning of life we need to find a big, tan disk in a lake near a very large mountain and fish it out! My logical brain tells me that is too literal of an interpretation of the dream but we are treading on new ground here so who knows.

Significant Dream 7/11/2012

Update on 09/10/2012:

My wife and I just returned from Europe. Like the dream predicted in this blog we had a fantastic time in France. Amboise, France, south of Paris in the Loire Valley, was especially memorable during our 12 day vacation in France.

The 11th through the13th of each month is when siginificant things happen in my life. My dream this morning (7/11/2012) is significant enough for me to postulate an idea regarding the "cryptic" language the subconscious mind uses to capture future events at the quantum physics level.

I had a dream right before I woke up about a fun place my wife and I were staying in Europe. We have a trip planned for Europe later this summer so my conscious mind said "Hey, this place in your dream is significant. I want to remember the name of it when I wake up!"

My subconscious mind responds with the name "JMargo"! So the first thing I thought to do when I woke up was to go on the internet and type in "JMargo" and see what hits I get- first guess was some Spanish place. But my conscious, logical mind came back stating that is not logical. You are not going to any place Spanish. I did check. First page of hits were all "J. Margo"- all names of doctors! My conscious mind rejected the internet results as not significant.

So then I get an "aha!" moment and realize my subconscious mind's response is in the cryptic language it uses to capture, interpret and record significant past and future events at a quantum physics level in my dream state.

My conscious, logical mind starts iterating through its store of logical words from my past history and comes up with the phonetics (sounds) of the start of my wife's first name, my first name and the verb "Go!"

That sounds out to be "jay mar go"!

Logically my subconscious mind's response was "One of the places where my wife and I go in Europe at the end of the summer!" The event has not happened yet. My subconscious mind had no context to work out any more details other than "JMargo!" How could it give me more details on something that has not happened yet?

So then I have another "aha!" moment.

I dare to even postulate the cryptic, shorthand language my subconscious mind uses to capture significant future events is the same phonetic based language babies use to learn how to talk!

"Jay mar go." Isn't that the way a baby talks? Doesn't it make total sense this primitive, phonetic language babies use to learn how to talk is the same language our subconscious mind uses to filter out significant events in my future at a quantum physical level of awareness and record them in my mind at a primitive, phonetic level of communication?

Makes sense to me! Very significant!

I'm in my monthly significance zone! :-)

Note added 7/15/2012: The documentary I watched and blogged about on 7/14/2012 interviewed some knowledgeable people in the area of psychiatry. They indicated the subconscious is formed at a very early age in a child's development so it makes even more sense the language of the subconscious is baby talk.
Note to self:  I should start referencing my previous blogs where key ideas from previous dreams are used to interpret current dreams I am blogging about.

Airline Crash and Condos

Two memorable dreams happenedon 6/24 and 6/25/2012. They are out of context with what I am doing right now so I believe they are predictive.

The dream on 6/24 was vivid. Both dreams have freudian "ego" elements to them.

A right of passage for the group of airline pilots in the dream was to be able to take the commercial jetliner you were flying and be able to make tight circles in a descent down a cone shaped ravine of surrounding jungle-like mountains. Close to the bottom you would have to pull the plane up in a sharp ascent skyward to get out of the ravine. I have experienced a sharp descent/ascent while flying it Carribean islands like St. Barts.

The dream ends with the crew crashng the plane at the top of the ravine as we came out. The front of the plane was destroyed leaving all the passengers alive and hanging vertically down the ravine's steep side. Sounds a bit on the sexual side to me...

So key words are ego, ravine, commercial jetliner, crash, death of crew members and passengers.

Second dream involved aquaintances of ours moving into a condo we lived in. The couple moving in were highly successful and apparently were downsizing. They became involved in selling the latest and greatest offering from a cable TV company. My impression was this couple was still very aggressive in their later years- working and pushing products to "keep up with the Jones's".

Both dreams shouted out to me "ego" issues. As if the pilots and my acquaintances were saying,

    "Look at me! I have what it takes and have a need to show off in some way."

Have no idea what this all mean but it is interesting to note this is the second dream where "well-to-do" people are living in condos.

Update 7/11/2012: I saw on the internet a  title of  an article on "Why rich people choose to still rent apartments instead of buying." Hit the key words "well-to-do" and "living in condos" from the dream in this blog...didn't read the article yet but did experienced the "real life event" with matching key words from this blogs dream.

So key words are condos, ego, cable TV, and acquaintances



Update 01\25\2013

Went on helicopter tour of Kauai. Definitely could relate the keywords in this dream to my Kauai helicopter experience. The crater the helicopter brought us into on Kauai was tight,  with jungle like trees on the side. We made tight circles in the crater as we slowly rose to a level to fly out of the crater. The man sitting next to me was impressed by the women pilot's flying abilities in the cramped cone shaped crater. He exclaimed, as we exited from the crater. "THAT WAS A 10!!" I found out after we had landed, he was an airplane pilot. The women helicopter pilot had passed his experienced level of admiration. A rite of passage into being accepted as a great pilot! This real life experience was 7 months after my dream. I have never been in  a helicopter before this experience. I have been looking at a lot of timeshare condos today and weighing the costs versus benefits of timeshares. Deja vu.

Dream of Things to Come - Early on 6/23/2012

I had a memorable dream early this morning. I was chatting with a man and a women in their office. Their job had something to do with the stock market. What impressed me right away was a mirror covering a whole wall on one side of their office. There were multiple screens open with impressive clarity in the dispayed computer screen images. I expressd my awe of the clarity of their virtual, multi-screen computer displays on what appeared to be an ordinary mirror (covering one whole wall). The lady pointed back to a projector on the wall opposite the mirrored wall. She said the projector was creating the virtual computer screens on the mirrored wall.

Is this future technology not invented yet?

How did the projector display such clear images, on what appeared to be an ordinary mirror, of multiple, virtual, computer screens?

I remember having a dream like this previously. I was excited about the invention of thin, portable image displays. The connection to that dream is the specific callout for a black background layer needed to make this technology work. An ordinary mirror has a black background.I believe they use or used to use silver to provide the mirror's reflective properties.

So this is the second dream I have had where "black background technology" is being used for super clear, portable displays of images from a computer.

Are pixel screens dead in the future?

I guess we can only wait and see!

6/13/2012 A New Chapter Begins for Me

The dream I had early this morning on 6/14/2012 was a bit bizarre but significant in several ways. Since I set out to document significant dreams I will explain my dream now but you may come to the conclusion I am going stark raving mad!

First factual note. I seem to be having more memorable dreams around the 12th and 13th of each month lately. Real significant events around the 12th of every month have key words that match previous, predictve dreams I have had.

My Dream 6/14/2012.

My mind was on high alert last night. For some reason it was telling me 6/13/2012 was a significant day for me in my journey though life. Then my mind starts throwing out all these pattern matches regarding what appears to be a range of three numbers where significant lifetime events happen to me. Those numbers are 11, 12 and 13. Bizarre!

Then my mind throws out examples as proof. Born 092454. Add the first and last three numbers together and you get 11 and 13! House address where I lives 16754- middle three numbers add, in pairs, to 13 and 12. The address of two other foreclosed homes I own are 611 and 613. What does this mean? I exist between the numbers 11 and 13? :-) I have no real idea at this point. What I believe was revealed to me in my dream was "numbers as well as key words can predict events in your future."

Another dream I had the same night was interesting, as well.

Three well paid professionals appear to be getting ready for work. Two men and one women are jabbing each other with smart remarks while getting ready. I noted the walk-in closet they were getting ready in was made from expensive, hardwood and the shoes and business suits in the closet looked neat and expensive. They start walking out of their expensive dwelling. When the lady leaves the two men close the oversized door and look straight at me in my dream. They tell me 6/13/2012 is the start of a new chapter in my life. They explain they cannot control every event in my life and give an example of when I am simply walking down the street. Unpredictable things can happen. I boldly ask them who the heck they are. They say "Let's say we are your lawyers." They then project an image of a small, delicately bound book about 4 inches by 6 inches in size. My impression of that image was they were trying to say today is page one of the new chapter in my life.

I wake up and looke at the clock on 6/14/2012 and it says 6:12 am. I fall back asleep and wake up again, look at the clock and it says 7:13 am. My mind says, "See! Your life revolves around the number 12.

I think these dreams will make paranoid whenever I look at any number in the future!

Oh wait, missed one other bizarre twist. I also had a dream where it was urgent I escape the current world I lived in (in my dream). I end up getting cornered by people chasing me into the shallow waters of a somewhat rocky beach. A giant stringray saves me. I am whisked away into the ocean; Somehow I hold on beneath the belly of a giant stingray and breath using a slit in the stingray's giant wings.

May take some time to figure out what all this means.

Two Memorable Dreams on 5/28 "The Living Dead" and 5/29/2012 "Obama Tells Me to ask for a Raise!"

On 5/28/2012 I had a dream where an early 1900s house rises out of the ground deep in the forest. People come out of the house and start living their daily lives as if nothing bizarre ever happened. I talked to one of the inhabitants- a lady in her thirties. She asked me why I came here. I told her I was born in a similar place north of where we were speaking. She nods knowingly and goes about her business. Also, my mind was telling me in the dream there were rumors about the inhabitants of this odd house having special powers. The house became known as "The Living Dead".

I don't think this was a predictive dream. This dream stems from a visit to Murray, Idaho in the heart of the Gold Rush in Northern Idaho around 1875 or so. I found out from my tour of a museum in Murray, Idaho, the Guggenheim's sponsored  a monster river dredge to capture enough gold from Murray, Idaho to the Montana border to fund the building of the Empire State Building in New York. The Guggenheim's river dredge left an awful mess of piled boulders on the side of the river after the dredging process but did get enough money from the dredged gold to build the Empire State Building in New York. The bar/museum where the gold rush artifacts are is in the "ghost town" of Murray, Idaho. My dream is just replaying my subsconscious impression of the people still living there and running the "ghost town's museum".

My subconscious mind's impression of the real people running the Murray, Idaho's "ghost town" museum, still way out in the Idaho woods, is "The Living Dead". The winter's must have been really long and boring way out in the Idaho woods. One of the original owner's of the bar and now museum whittled a fairly large, unbroken chain of 120 wooden links during one of these long winters. This chain of wooden links still meanders along the ceiling rafters of the bar and museum today! The fact the "Empire State Building" was built from the gold money dredged out of a remote Idaho river is a fascinating bit of US history I wasn't aware of, as well.

Update 6/2/2012: The dream I had in blog "Strange but Memorable Dream 03/20/2012" seems to be related to my real life"Murray, Idaho" experience. The dream described in this blog and the dream I had on 03/20/2012 definitely match in two places with the plowing of a deep trench in Idaho and my concern over what would now be considered a careless act (leaving the mess of boulders the dredge left on the side of the river side from Murray, Idaho to Montana. The monster river dredge was  certainly not an environmentally "green" action by today's standards.

On 5/29/2012 I had a face to face conversation (in my dream) with Obama on the campaign trail. I told him I was a part time school teacher and he told me to ask for a raise because it had already been approved in the government's budget.

This was an odd, memorable dream. It is out of context with what I am currently doing in real life so I suspect it is predicting some future event. I don't understand the context of this predictive dream but need to note the key words for future reference. When the actual future event predicted by this dream occurs I should recognize key words from this dream such as "face to face", "conversation", "Obama", "campaign", "trail", "raise" and "education".

Update 4/9/2014: The following article matches key words in the dream I had on 5/28/2012 regarding inequality in pay for women versus men and the attempt to allow contractors to openly discuss their current compensation with others.

Dream May 14th: A two garbled word phrase: Princek Acid. What comes to mind?

Princek Acid. What comes to my mind is "Prince Eric" and "A kid". Really short dream but memorable. Let me go look out on the web right now to see if there really is a "Prince Eric" out there and if he is planning to have "A kid" any time soon...Hmm. There is a "Prince Eric" in Disney's "Little Mermaid".

Also, typing in "Princek Acid" in the search window came up with a "Command and Conquer" video game character named "Prince Kassad". Never knew that.

What this dream means I have no idea. All I know is I will most likely experience the same phrase in a more meaningful context in the future. I will experience "Deja Vu" at that future point and say to myself, "I have heard that phrase before somewhere!"

What is really interesing to me is how the mind is working. A month or two ago I was reading a Scientific American magazine while waiting to get a haircut. The article stated researchers are trying to create a "Neural" computer to match how neurons in the brain work

The structure of a neuron has multiple branches protruding from each neuron cell. These branches connect to other neuron cells and create  a web of linked electronic impulses between several neuron cells at once. It is believed these multiple connections between neuon cells enables the incredibe pattern matching capabilities our brains have.

Current computers are much more serial in their processing of input data. Serial processing of input data results in very poor pattern matching abilities but amazing speed in accurate mathmatical calculations. The other problem with most current computers is the fact they must be force fed input data. When you put "garbage data" into a computer you get "garbage data" out. Our brains get an over abundance of input data from our day to day lives with a lot of it being "garbage". Our brain's pattern matching abilities allow for natural and speedy filtering of the "garbage data" input."Brain washing" can occur if an individual is subjected to an intense barrage of "garbage data" for long periods of time. A well known marketing concept. :-)

Each person has their own set of experiences stored in their brains. Pattern matching of random phrases from dreams will be different for each person on the planet based on each person's previous experiences in life.

The fact my mind interpreted "Princek Acid" as "Prince Eric" and "A kid" comes from my past experiences in my daily life watching "Little Mermaid" with my kids! Each person's predictive dreams have to be experienced by the individual having the predictive dream.

My brain is picking up future experiences. Predictive dreams always relate to future experiences- sometimes in a minimal way (like when I see the key words in a future news story matching a phrase from a dream I had). Other times the predictive dreams affect me in the future in a very personal, detailed way (like an emotionally memorable event I experience weeks or months after having a very clear, detailed dream predicting those real life, personal events).

Bottom line is the brain is able to tap into a dimension that has less regard to space or time as we know it. It is flagging future events that will probably occur within our own future, limited space and time.

It is too bad we have not yet been able to act on these alerts our brains are sending us. It is like ignoring alerts from a radar detector when it detects a radar speed trap in your near future, real life, driving experience!

On the other hand, without the real life context to frame the meaning of a predictive dream it really is very difficult to understand what our brains are trying to alert us about. The brain throws out key words or phrases predicting events and that is all. How these words and phrases apply to our real lives in the future is not given. All our brains seem to be picking up are important patterns in a soup of future words and phrases.

Does this mean our lives are pre-destined and predictable enough so our brains can look out for specific types of future events affecting our lives? Are we pre-wired for a specific future "pattern" of events in out lives? Is our destiny predetermined?

Currently in our world, each person's future experiences are not as easily captured as speed trap radar frequencies. Until the real life event happens how are we supposed to know what predictive dreams mean? All we see at first in the predictive dreams are the relationships between words we already have stored in our minds from previous real life experiences. Why would patterns we have noted from our past affect our future? Why is our body storing a complex pattern of genes to be repeated in future generations of "Little Me"?

Maybe some genius will come up with a way we can better interpret cryptic, predictive dreams we all have in a faster way so we can prepare for future events before they happen if that is even possible.

Stating the problem is half way to a solution to the problem.
