07-20-2014 Strange Dream about Seattle, WA USA and "Mega" something.

I had a dream in the early morning of 07-20-2014. It was strange and confusing. I can't quite remember the exact word repeated several times in my dream but I know it had the word "MEGA" in it.
On the night of 07-21-2014, I watched a "NOVA" Public Television show indicating "MEGA" quakes (above 8.0 on the Richter scale) could occur off the western shore near Seattle any time in the future. Apparently they now believe 1 in every 3 serious earthquakes occurring off the West coast of Washington or Oregon could be a "MEGA" quake. These mega earthquakes could cause huge tsunamis.

Maybe that is what the "MEGA" word was predicting in my dream early on 7/20/2014.. I can't remember the details of the dream but I think I have had it before. I think the word in the dream was "MegaTrend". For some reason I related the dream to Seattle, WA USA.

I had another strange dream on 07-21-2014. It was in an airport in the future in Seattle, WA USA. People could hop on what looked like green astro turf and use their minds to regulate the speed of how fast they went on the airport "people mover". They could go as fast as they wanted to the top of a steep hill using their minds to regulate their speed. The airplane ticket counter was at the top of the steep hill.

Strange dream.

It was cool to see you could control the speed on the airport "people mover" with your mind in this futuristic dream.

6/23/2014 Dream Points to Reason Why I Can Predict Future Events

I had a dream the morning of 6/23/2014. I believe it was spawned by two events the previous day. The first event was my wife saying a friend posted a picture of a t-shirt they bought with the statement on it "I apologize for interrupting. I get excited about random thoughts I have."...or something like that. The other was a public television show I saw when channel surfing about how people with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) often take high risk jobs like being surgeons because they need the constant excitement to keep them focused

The dream I had on the morning of 6/23/2014 is a logical and perhaps predictive extension of those two real life events. I believe my subconscious took the previous days new knowledge and added to it. My dream stated there are three ways people process data. They process things in their brain serially (one single fact after another). People can process things in their brain randomly and react to them randomly, as well, based on the t-shirt my wife's friend posted and the public television show about people with ADD. Then my subconscious revealed I can predict future events because my brain processes things using "clustered indexes".

When I had my dream it didn't make any sense to me. I know what a  "clustered index" is when storing data in a database on a computer. A clustered index physically rearranges rows of data in a databases table in the order of key words in the clustered index. You define the physical order of   each row on the computer disk for a database table by the key words defined for the clustered index.

My subconscious is saying I can predict future events because I am able to sort real life and future events predicted in my dreams by key words, phrases and images. My monthly predictive dreams become lumped together with other experiences I have previously had so I can predict events in the future based on groups of similar words, images and phrases I have clustered together in my head.

Previous real life events are a catalyst for my subconscious to look into the future, at a quantum level, and provide key words, phrases and images occurring in the future. These future events may be totally unrelated to my previous, real life experiences but they have the same key words, phrases and images as previous, real life events I have experienced or the predictive dreams I have...the definition of Deja Vu.

What my dream is saying is the fact I am able to take the bits of future events from predictive monthly dreams and sort them in my head by key words, phrases and images to easily see the relationship between my monthly predictive dreams and future real life events I experience.

The definition of a clustered index fits the fact I track similarities between previous events I have experienced, my predictive, monthly dreams and future real life events I note because they are are all related together using the exact same key words, phrases and images. This is the definition of a "clustered index".

It makes sense being able to cluster previous real life events, predictive dreams and future events together by same key word, phrases and images to predict future events. There is even a predictive analysis technique used in data analysis called "clustering" that does the same thing in - predicting future behavior by looking at past behavior.

6/05/2014 Dream of a Disaster in 2016

I read an article on 6/4/2014 titled "The ten worst states for disaster."

"The ten worst states for disaster." article prompted an odd dream I had in the early morning of 6/5/2014.

The start of the dream was a conversation with an "entity". I assumed the person I was talking to was dead. They were trying to strike a bargain with me. The "entity" said they would channel details of future disasters to me in my dreams if I gave them one million dollars.

I strongly refused this proposal.

I don't have a million dollars to give to dead people who promise they will channel future disaster facts to me in my dreams from "beyond".

Then the dream morphed into images of some sort of disaster in the year 2016.

In the final portion of my dream on 6/5/2014, .people were quickly walking towards an emergency shelter while yellow and blue emergency lights were flashing along the way to the shelter.

There will be a major disaster in 2016 with yellow and blue emergency lights flashing to route people to emergency shelters somewhere in the world according to my dream.

We have to wait until 2016 to see if it comes true.

Reasons for Documenting My Dreams

I noticed May 23rd, 2014 the Santa Barbara shootings occurred one day less than the day in the month when I was born. This is "The Birthday Phenomena" I wrote and published an eBook on.

I document real life events matching my predictive dreams I have around my birth day each month. Real life events matching my monthly, predictive dreams also seem to occur around my birth day divided by 2- around the 12th day of each month.

The relationship between monthly, predictive dreams and future, real life events appears to be quantifiable and repeatable using matching key words, phrases and images between predictive dreams and real life events.

The next scientific step would be to try and quantify the strength of relationship between key words, phrases and images between my predictive dreams and the real life events I believe match each predictive dream.

I have the statistics training to do this. New data analysis software could make it even easier to find statistically significant relationships from the key words, phrases, images and even dates noted between the predictive dreams and real life events documented in this blog. Statistical Analysis of the key words, phrases and images in my predictive dreams would add another level of scientific validation to my monthly observations.

I have to admit I am not jazzed about spending time quantifying all these observations though. I blame it on the fact I am already successful in my life's journey. I have no real motivation for spending hours crunching numbers to quantify my monthly observations at this point in my life. If I get bored in my retirement I will do it.

This blog was really created to just take the first step of the scientific process. I will continue simply observing and documenting my observations of "The Birthday Phenomena" each month and define significant patterns that become evident from my monthly dreams and subsequent real life events matching the predictive dream's key words, phrases and images. I suspect one would have to scour the internet daily for a month and see how many times the key words occur each day throughout the internet. This would be a baseline observation to compare the significance of my dream's key words and phrases with the baseline "white noise" of words  and phrases occurring each day on the internet. I'm not sure how to determine the predictive significance of images I have in my dream matching daily images published on the internet.

Without quantifying the significance of my monthly dreams and matching real life events I can only say,

"I believe there is a definite, repeatable relationship between each month's predictive dreams I have around my birth day and future real life events I experience."

The relationship between monthly, predictive dreams and future, real life events I observe could open up a whole new area of scientific research to explore. By defining the "Birthday Phenomena" as repeatable and quantifiable should spark some interest in the scientific community. The latest data analytic software could be used to validate the relationships I am seeing.

It is interesting to note, ever since I published my dream about Putin and the subsequent, real life invasion of the Ukraine by Russian supported soldiers the significant volume of page hits on this blog from Russia has completely dried up. The Cold War between Russia and the US is definitely back!

My monthly observations appear to be sparking some interest in "The Birthday Phenomena" based on the more than 9000 page hits on this blog over the past few years. It is my hope the "spark of interest" from this low key blog explodes into a raging fire of further scientific research on the "Birthday Phenomena". It is my understanding the Russians have done a lot of research on psychic abilities of humans so maybe I sparked some new interest in doing further research on the "Birthday Phenomena" before this blog was removed from their internet search engines.

I have communicated my constructive observations on important events occurring in the world and new product ideas I believe have exciting potential using email to a former Senator from WA State (Slade Gorton), Bill Gates at Microsoft (MS), a Director level manager at MS Research, various MS product group managers, the 2010 Winter Olympic committee and, most recently, the Coleman company- maker of camping products. I even applied for a research grant from the US government on an alternative energy idea. Even though most of these people didn't come forward and give me credit for my ideas. they did listen and respond to me on my ideas. They either agreed and hooked me up with other people who could help implement some of my ideas, told me my ideas were under consideration or ignored me. My application for a government research grant was reviewed. One person told me I was just trying to get money to send my kid through college and another grant reviewer told me the US Department of Transportation would be a better avenue for my idea. After touching base with a company building alternative energy products the math didn't seem to generate enough electricity to make it worthwhile. My idea was to passively generate electricity from storm drain run off in the huge amount of storm drains around the country. There are already passive, electric generating products producing low voltage electric currents from even weak water flows.
There still may be a benefit of this passive, storm drain runoff alternative energy idea. For example, if you put one of these passive, weak flow electric generators in the storm drain at each telephone pole location along highways in the US and abroad you could collect all those weak electric flows by running a wire straight up the telephone pole into a bigger wire which eventually fed the US Power Grid. All these weak currents captured in storm drains along a highway at each telephone pole could become a significant, passive power source in the future if some college or university research project wants to try it.. Sometimes the whole can be greater than the individual parts. If you tie together a million of the already invented passive, weak water flow electric generators placed in existing storm drains near telephone poles throughout the country I propose you could generate several thousand watts of electricity and feed it into the US Power grid.

Think big!

Sometimes the people I shared my ideas with appeared to like the idea and ran with it. :-) Since I achieved success in life through my own efforts, I simply enjoy creating the spark for further discussion of important current events or new ideas to be considered and implemented.

I believe when a person becomes highly educated there is a threshold reached where it becomes their duty to make the public aware of their educated opinions regarding important current and future events in the world. It is also their duty to introduce new ideas to the world based on their knowledge and observations.It is a way to keep the human journey through time on a successful track and open up new doors for scientific exploration.

I know the "Birthday Phenomena" is worth the monthly effort in this blog because the pattern of monthly predictive dreams keeps occurring. It also helps to keep motivated by the fact observing the "Birthday Phenomena" each month is fascinating to me.

4-19-2014 Another Utra-Quake Dream with A Lot of Major Predictions

Update 4/29/2015...Could Image 1 and Image 2 be an intertwined glimpse of what just happened in Nepal on April 25, 2015? One year and six days after my 4/19/2014 dream the Nepal earthquake happened. Nepal is above India's North border. There were a lot of "wet sand colored" buildings that collapsed in Nepal. A lot of young men in blue jeans and t-shirts running around trying to save people. There are many similarities to my 4/19/2014 dream images from the 4/19/2014 dream I had. 4/25 is one day after my birth day which is the 24th of the month. Also noteworthy was the fact there were warnings of an impending earthquake in Nepal a week earlier than when it happened- even closer to exactly one year after my 4/19/2014 dream.

I feel sad my "4-19-2014 Another Utra-Quake Dream with A Lot of Major Predictions" dream came true a year later.

I had a dream,  early morning, on 04-19-2014. It was very clear, disturbing and complicated.

I need to break this dream down into logical steps to fully understand what it was trying to communicate.

1. I have noticed my predictive dreams are often generated from something I have read or watched on TV the day before. This new knowledge becomes a catalyst or a "spark" to start the fire of my subconscious mind when I am sleeping. If that spark doesn't occur then my subconscious mind doesn't bother looking around in its quantum world to relate this new knowledge to what it can see.
2. I believe what my subconscious mind can see reaches beyond the past and into the near future. Sometimes it can see things even farther than the approximate two year horizon beyond the present. Most of the time what it sees happens within two years from the images and cryptic phrases my subconscious communicates to me in a dream.

The early morning of 04-19-2014 dream was a dream of images. There was not any memorable, cryptic phrases in this dream.

Image 1: Large, wet sand colored buildings collapse suddenly into a sea of deep mud. Something like a large quake or tsunami wipes out these the poorly structured buildings in a matter of minutes. The major population wiped out from this disaster appeared to be young, twenty-aged Caucasians. The devastation was huge.

 Image 2: Now here is where it gets confusing. The next image jumps way into the future. The setting appears to be in the street markets of Calcutta. The people are a mixture of Caucasian and East Indian (from India). There were all these irritating, mosquito sized, Nano robots flying around flashing an assorted array of music and neon advertisements. I assume the various street vendors generated this barrage of media assaults on the people in the streets. The swarms of Nano insects were so thick they blurred visibility like a light fog in the air. People were waving these insects out of the way with their arms as they walked down the street.

My subconscious made some effort to try and show me the race of people that replaced the twenty -something Caucasians were from India. They seemed to take over where the Western culture failed and embraced their own culture from India with a Westernized twist of technology and clothing (blue jeans and t-shirts).

Image 3: Massive amounts of concrete was poured into large, gaping holes to rebuild the devastated areas from the disaster, communicated in Image 1 above, to make a more solid structure to withstand future disasters. Oddly, it showed young Caucasian people in their twenties committing suicide by hiding in the dark, gaping holes being filled with the massive amounts of liquid concrete poured into the holes from huge steel buckets.

Image 4: An extremely depressed, weeping women sitting in a cramped, open-air coffee shop wearing blue jeans, colorful, silk scarves and a colorful silk blouse. The area she was sitting in reminded me of Pike Street Market, in Seattle, WA or any of a thousand other "beach side" communities on the West Coast of North America like Venice Beach in Los Angeles, California. The woman was weeping. A twenties-something Caucasian male walked up in joined her and tried to cheer her up but the grief from the devastation that occurred was too great.

Quick Analysis

This dream shows my concern for the never ending barrage of white males in their teens or early twenties going crazy and killing people in the US at schools, malls, theaters, etc. If I am not mistaken most of them seem to be Caucasian males.

The images my subconscious revealed in this dream may be an extension into future real life events that will occur based on my concerns.

On 5/23/2014 a 22 year old Caucasian male killed six young adults near a college in Santa Barbara, CA due to frustrations with girls not being interested in dating him.

India's "arranged marriage" culture may have prevented this tragedy. My opinion...this horrible tragedy shows a definite weak link in the way Western culture provides ways for young adults to meet and date the opposite sex. It is a major struggle for young adults to socialize with new people after high school and college. Maybe parents need to be more proactive in "arranging" dates and marriage in our society for young adults.

Dream key words from this view of University of California (UC) at Santa Barbara. A lot of "sandy" colored buildings on the beach,  twenties-something Caucasian male. So tragic.

03-26-2014 Had a dream about Weevils (A type of Insect)

Not too exciting but I don't really think about weevils too much. I figured this dream must be showing me something that I will experience in the near future.

The way my subconscious seems to be working lately, I watch something on TV or read something in the newspaper or magazine that emotionally charges me.

This new, exciting knowledge triggers my subconscious when I go to sleep. My subconscious feeds on this new knowledge and extends it to a future event it is picking up at a quantum level. My subconscious mind wants me to be aware of what it sees because it relates to a significant, real life event occurring within the next two years.

Last night (03/25/2014) I watched the new show "Cosmos" on TV (http://www.cosmosontv.com/ ). There was a bug I had never heard about and is fairly common- even in your back yard. The bug is only a pinpoint in size. I cannot remember the name of it. Apparently this odd looking, hairless bug can survive very extreme temperatures and even space travel.

The strange looking bug on the Cosmos TV show is what spawned my "weevil" dream last night.

All I remember of the dream is I recognized an image of another common bug with a beetle like body and long snout as a type of weevil (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weevil ).

I have a strong suspicion weevils will be newsworthy somewhere in the world within the next two years.

My subconscious is telling me, "Hey, I know a strange bug impressed you last night on TV but you should also pay close attention to the weevil insects around the world in the near future.

The weevil is going to cause some strong emotional waves somewhere in the world within the next two years from 03/25/2014!" This was my first interpretation of my dream.

My logical mind just came up with an alternative interpretation of the "weevil" dream on 3/26/2014.

My logical mind is telling me to also pay attention to what is missing in the words of my "weevil" dream not the literal, word by word interpretation.

Weevil...We Evil...What came to my logical mind was it sounds like the "Three Wise Monkeys" saying..."see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil".

The subconscious uses a cryptic, shorthand to communicate ideas to the conscious mind.

My logical mind started racing through its convoluted logic to interpret the cryptic subconscious "weevil" dream message using my first interpretation...

  "Weevil", "We Evil", "See no evil...".

What is missing?

  The word "no".

What is a key word describing the image of the weevil insect in my dream?

  A long skinny snout- another word for "nose".

"No" is missing might mean "nose" is missing. The human sense of "smell" is missing in the "Three Wise Monkey's" phrases.

This is an example of the convoluted logic my conscious mind has to go through to interpret the subconscious message in a dream. What I have noticed by documenting my dreams in this blog is babies learn to talk in the same way my subconscious mind "talks".

The logical mind is very good at filling in the gaps of "baby talk" to get to the real meaning of a dream because it is the way humans learn to speak.

The conscious mind uses its vast archive of historical images and phrases to fill in the subconscious gaps in "baby talk".

The previous predictive dream phrases and images documented in this blog over the last few years were automatically filtered by my logical mind on 03/26/2014, a few hours after the dream occurred.

My logic mind came up with the fact "two other predictive dreams documented in this blog had animals with snouts as prominent images in the dreams.

My logical mind alerted me of a noteworthy pattern of snouts in three predictive dreams just like it alerted me when meteors kept recurring in my predictive dreams documented in this blog. In the recent past and after my rash of "meteor" dreams there were a lot of real and unusual meteor events on earth  within our solar system...visibly crashing on Jupiter's surface or breaking the windows as the meteor crashed near a Russian city.

So a three time showing in my predictive dreams probably means the concept of "snouts" and "weevils" will be important in the near future.

With this new logical interpretation of my "snout" dreams, my subconscious may be trying to tell me something like,  "If humans want to survive in the future they really need to start improving their sense of smell to get better readings on the health of the way they live and the health of the world they live in."

Maybe we need to start concentrating heavily on advancing "smell" technology to help sniff out the current health of this world and beyond!

Makes sense to me even if the logic my mind used to get to this conclusion is a little weird.

Update 03/29/2014 -The above interpretations of my "weevil" dream were documented on 03/26/2014. Three days later I am documenting the fact that the "weevil" dream has already proven to be predictive of real life events I experienced after the dream.

One day after the "weevil" dream there was a "NOVA" television show (on the night of 3/26/2014) I watched on TV with both the "weevil" and "sense of smell" images in it. This show had key words/phrases matching my "weevil" dream the night before.

The TV show I watched showed how weevils and moth larvae attack wild tobacco plants in the Utah desert. The show highlighted how the wild tobacco plants assess the type of insects attacking them and how the plants react with various "smell" tactics to protect themselves from being harmed by these insects. For example, if the plant determines a particular type of moth larvae is eating all of its leaves it starts releasing special "bubbles" of smelly chemicals" on their stalks. The voracious moth larvae love to eat these smelly bubbles. After eating the smelly bubbles on the stalks of the wild tobacco plant, the moth larvae produce a distinct odor. Moth larvae predators are attracted to this distinct odor and eat the moth larvae on the wild tobacco plants. This odor induced defense mechanism helps reduce the wild tobacco plant's leaf damage caused by moth larvae. The wild tobacco plant uses smell a lot as a weapon for survival in its environment.

My dream interpretation matches the key ideas explained in the Nova TV show.

I certainly wasn't looking for TV shows with images of specific types of weevils known to aggressively burrow into wild tobacco plants to lay their eggs or how plants use smell to protect themselves.

The "sense of smell" is a powerful weapon of survival for wild tobacco plants in the harsh Utah desert environment.My predictive dream the night before the TV show indicated the "sense of smell" is important for many species now and in the future.

How the predictive dreams' key words/phrases and images in dreams relate to real life events are not at all clear until the real life event occurs days, weeks or  months afterwards. This particular dream and the Nova TV show are pointing out how important the "sense of smell" is to successful species on earth. Scientists didn't even know about the wild tobacco plant's intricate use of smells as a weapon against harmful insects until now. My predictive dream seems to be stressing the fact these real life events I am picking up in my dreams before they occur are emotionally charged and most likely extremely important to species survival on earth in the future.

"Pay more attention to the sense of smell!"

These predictive, cryptic dreams are the way the subconscious mind communicates ideas. I believe, it is one of the ways humans have been able to survive. My conscious mind seems to be getting better at interpreting the real meaning of these cryptic dreams ahead of time, as well.

02/19/2014 Russiaka - A Beautiful but Dangerous New Animal

I watched a TV show before I went to sleep on 2/19/2014 showing graphic pictures of the horrors of the Syrian war. I internalized these images and my subconscious projected an interesting image I didn't really understand until I woke up in the morning and my logical conscience took over. It was an image of a beautiful new species. The fur of the animal was like a white Persian cat and the body, nose, and teeth were like a rat. A beautiful white, Persian-haired rat. The animal acted like a cat and wanted to cozy up beside me in my dream.

I was curious. Didn't know where it came from and I was a little nervous about the animal's affection.

I said out loud, "I wonder what it is?" My mind answered back that it was a "Russiaka [Rooshakah]". I remember hearing the Soviet public chant something like this in response to the "USA" chants during the US/Russian 2014 Winter Olympic hockey team playoff game..

In the background, my sister's voice said, "I don't know. It looks dangerous."

It is amazing how the subconscious relays subtle ideas in bizarre ways. The subconscious has absolutely no rules. It can be extremely vicious and shocking with what it comes up with to relay a message to the logical mind to ponder.

So my subconscious melded the two images I had just recently experienced in real life and came up with its own bizarre "image" of the state of Syria and the immoral support factions in Russia still give to an oppressive Syrian government.

My subconscious mind was trying to say "Crossing a beautiful yet cunning and sometimes vicious Persian cat (Persian is really Iran not Syria) with the lack of morals and viciousness of a rat produces a dangerous new animal called a Russiaka!"

When I woke up I knew my subconscious mind was trying to say too much Russian and "Persian" cooperation can become a dangerous, new animal.

I am not even that political and would never make such a harsh judgment of any two countries during my waking hours. When the subconscious gets hold of ideas anything goes!

That is scarier to me than the dream I had!

This latest dream also ties in with a previous dream I had on 6/24/2013 ( Dream 6-24-2013 I am stuck on the northern shore of a very large lake in Russia) where we were at war and I got stuck on the north side of a Russian lake and didn't know where to run...east or west because I didn't know who the enemy was and which way they were coming from. Maybe there is going to be some serious East/West conflict that forces some dangerous partnerships of countries that normally avoid each other. This is the second dream I have had concerning tensions building between Eastern European and Western countries.

Update 2/28/2014: I updated my 6/24/2013 blog entry because the Ukraine protests in Kyiv exactly match keywords and phrases in my 6/24/2013 dream! Always amazes me when actual, future events match dreams I have had.

02/18/2014 Next Gadget Rage?

I had a dream before I woke up this morning (02/18/2014). The dream was about a wrist band made of what appeared to be plastic or glass fused, semi-transparent beads. It changed color when it sensed someone was invading your personal space. There were variations of the design of the color changing beads. The ones I saw worn in my dream changed to purple, green or a varied pattern of purple and green. Memorable and nothing I ever think about so I believe it is a prediction of some item or event I will see in the future. I might do an internet search on green or purple color changing beads to see if I get a hit.

02-08-2014 2014 Winter Olympics Comments

Update 4/30/2015:

Even though I missed out on the profits from $30 million plus dollars in sales of these mittens sometimes it really isn't the money that is important.

What I really want people to remember with my contribution to the Canadian Olympic Red Mittens is my last statement in my first email to the Olympic Committee proposing creating these memorable mittens...

I would very much like to be a part of the Olympics in 2010 and watch some of the Olympic events. To achieve this goal I make the following proposition.

Provide, for free, at least 5000 pairs of cotton blend/one size fits all mitts or gloves with a red, iron-on maple leaf on the inside palm of the glove/mitt and a sponsor’s name on the outside wrist of the glove/mitt. That way event attendees can wave at the camera and proudly display Canada’s red maple leaf to the whole world! ...

Watched the beautiful opening ceremonies.

I saw the Canadians were wearing a rendition of my original mitten design again.

Cool!

Wish the 2010 Olympic Committee (VANOC) would recognize me as the true designer of those mittens though.

Pretty lame of them not to.

The maple leaf I used for the prototype came from my back yard. I just bought some "iron on" paper and made a copy of the maple leaf, filled it red in Microsoft Paint Brush and printed out the now red maple leaf image using the "iron on" paper. Then I cut out the "iron on" maple leaf and ironed it on the prototype mittens. I sent to the 2010 Olympic Committee in 2008 when they were asking for ideas for the 2010 Winter Games.

I still have a copy of the email I sent them.

In my opinion, the mittens were totally my idea!

01/29/2014 Closeup of a Bridges CrissCross Steel Lattice Pattern

Odd dream. Very clear. I was crossing a bridge. I was taking a close look at the crisscross pattern on the right side of the steel lattice bridge. In the distance was arid land with little vegetation.

This dream is symbolic of something in my life or future. I will search the internet to see if I can find an interpretation...

Update 05/05/2014: I made it over the bridge and into retirement. I took this picture riding across a bike trail bridge in Idaho a little over five weeks after retirement because the steel girders on the bridge reminded me of this blog entry's dream. Coincidence? I don't think so. Come to think of it, the picture from the steel lattice bridge below was taken on 4/29/2014 because it was the first nice day after three days of rain- exactly three months after the dream. Amazing!

01/23/2014 - Gadget Month Continues with Crystal Display "Smart" Watches

A few days ago I had a dream about imbedded "NaKnow" chips in humans, then I had a dream about capacitors the size of kidney beans on a circuit board capable of storing and releasing enough energy to fry a steak. On 01/21/2014 I had a dream about a watch with a crystal display. A person was all excited to show me the features and said there was a way you could get it to display the symbol and latest price of your favorite stocks in the stock market. Didn't seem to be too memorable except, in my dream, Facebook the company producing the watches. It seemed to be logical in my mind since the watch was a miniature book...a "Face" book!

12-28-2013 NaKnows - Dream of a New Way to Learn

I had a very detailed  dream of a new way to learn. The dream showed a large number of people targeted for downloads of a lesson of some sort or some important information. My impression it was like a spy movie and the information needed by this group of spies was wirelessly downloaded to a nano chip that was surgically inserted so they could review the 'lesson' until they memorized it. I'm coining the nano chips "NaKnows"!  This wasn't a small implementation of NaKnows. Many people had them and learned very select bits of knowledge by simple repetition. The key was the knowledge was always there and easily repeated over and over again until the person memorized it.

So why am I dreaming this? That is what question I asked myself yesterday and my logical, conscious brain along with my subconscious mind came up with the following facts after a good nights sleep (January 1, 2014).

I read an article two or three weeks ago about a startup company in Seattle, WA. The president of the startup has imbedded a primitive chip in their skin and uses it to open their front door, etc. by scanning the imbedded chip design in their skin in a scanner by their front door. This person's company thinks this idea will take off in the future. My mind also reminded me our dog has an RFID chip imbedded in it's skin so when it gets lost you just scan the back of its neck and the RFID chip will tell you information on who the owner is and how to get hold of them...cool!

So a few weeks after I read this article about the Seattle imbedded chip startup company, my subconscious puts my two little tidbits of knowledge together and comes up with a dream, a vision of the future for imbedded chips in humans I now call "NaKnow" chips!

My subconscious is saying, "Hey! This is one use of imbedded "NaKnow" chips in the future!"

My subconscious even showed me an image of the pattern of these future imbedded "NaKnow" chips. I drew the image of my dream before I forgot about it. My drawing of the  imbedded "NaKnow" chip image shows five rows and four columns of small, almost square "NaKnow" chips- 20 chips in a pattern of column and rows.

If I had drawn 4 columns and 4 rows that would be 16 chips- a multiple of the 64. Sixty-four bit architecture is what is used in the latest computer CPU chips. My image has five rows and four columns.

I'm not sure how the "NaKnow" imbedded knowledge chips will work in the future. How do we extract the knowledge and review it with our brains? Why did the image I drew from my dream have five rows and four columns of "NaKnow" chips?

What amazes me is these dreams seem to come true.

I had a dream I blogged a while back that explained why red (10-24-2013 More Views of a Dark Matter Parallel Universe?) and blue lasers (08-28-2013 Blue Lasers Used to Find Planets) can be useful in space and beyond our three dimensional world.

Why did I have a dream about lasers?

I just received my latest "Popular Science" magazine for January 2014. There is an article called "LASERS UNLEASH A FLOOD OF SPACE DATA". "Focused laser light operates in wavelengths 10,000 times shorter than radio, pumping out more waves-and more information-each second. Lasers maintain signal strength across large distances, so spacecraft carrying smaller receivers would be cheaper to launch."

I didn't know that until I read the article.

These dreams I have take the tidbits of knowledge I do know and show me how this technology will be applied in the future.

These dreams just happen and it never ceases to amaze me.

I had another dream on 12/31/2013 on an electronic circuit with high voltage capacitors that could cook a slab of meat thrown on top of it...no time to document that now. Will write the blog when I have time.

1/12/2013 Update: Well I know one reason I had the "Naknows" dream. I must have picked up some global vibes on this new show I happened to watch last week. The dream was spot on about the technology theme in this show. Didn't know about the show until I randomly picked it to watch because nothing else looked good to watch at the time. The series is brand new and started on 1/7/2014. I sometimes have dreams about something people somewhere in the world are showing high emotions about at the time. Since it is a new series I am sure there was a lot of excitement generated just by the people who created the show.

12/21/2013 - Earthquake Dream in Japan or East Coast of North America

I had a dream of an earthquake. It was a bit strange. The first image was of a cutout square section of the earth's crust on short, heavy rows of coiled springs. On the crust of the coiled section of earth was a block or two of houses that shook with the movement of the coiled springs. The next image was a picture similar to the shape of all the islands of Japan. Red fault lines were highlighted all around the edge of the islands and a few more lines on the island's interior. It was confusing because at first I thought it was a portion of an east coast state, like South Carolina, but the image kept pulling away from the mainland so that the red fault lines parted from the mainland and were all of a sudden totally surrounded by the ocean. It was almost like my dream was telling me this section of land was going to end up surrounded by water after the earthquake.

Since this dream was very detailed, clear and has nothing to do with my every day life I believe it is predicting a future event.

12/01/2013 Dream of Destroying Aliens and How to Fly a Kite in a Stiff Ocean Breeze on the Beach

I had a memorable and disturbing dream of fighting aliens on 12/01/2013.

I was told the only way to destroy them was cutting off their right ear!

Interesting combination of key words in this dream.

Destroy, Aliens, Right Ear...

Could be interpreted by the logical mind as "Destroy aliens right here!"

A scary, ominous dream about a real event in my future or just a vision of a future movie I see?

At this point in time, I have no idea.

Update: 12/04/2013 1:40 AM Sick with a cold so can't sleep. My logical brain informed me that there is another interpretation I should be aware of with the words in this dream.

Destroy alien writer! That would be destroy me since I am writing under a pen name Marcas Major so I don't mess up kids who read my children's books under my real name.

So, if my logical mind is correct, whoever would be thinking of destroying me as an alien writer should cool it. I am quite an average Joe writing what I believe is a logical interpretation of the strange world of dreams like SPOCK would in Star Trek. Wait he was an alien. Anyway, you get the idea. I think this blog is a step forward for mankind.

Here is proof. I made an amazing discovery last summer. Frustrated with trying to get paper kites to fly from an ocean beach in a stiff wind for years I was determined to solve the problem. So this past July, 2013 on a trip to the Oregon beach in a beautiful home we rented out for a week I solved the problem of 30 years of trying to fly paper kites constantly taking uncontrollable nose dives into the sand on the Oregon Pacific coast beach.

Here is what you do.

1. Take one Coleman brand foldable lawn chair in a nylon bag ( or similar foldable chair brand) with a small wedge shaped paper (was really a light nylon not paper) Kite about 1.5 to 2 feet wide and some kite string. Wear an old pair of running shoes (sneakers) with long nylon shoe laces.

2. Unfold the chair on the beach and sit on it.

3. Take off one of your running shoes and undo the shoe lace.

4. Tie the nylon shoe lace to the tail end of the kite.

5. Take the nylon bag the Coleman brand foldable chair (or equivalent brand nylon bag) came in and tie it to the other end of the shoe lace you tied to the tail end of the kite.

6. Launch your kite with the long tail consisting of the shoe string and nylon bag the foldable lawn chair came in by running down the beach against the wind and letting go of the kite which should have a roll of string attached to it as a leash to reel back in your kite when you are done flying it.

7. Voila! You will observe a very stable kite flying high in a stiff wind on the ocean beach!

I was thrilled by my success! If you don't try you will never succeed!

It took me 30 years to figure how to fly a kite in a stiff wind on the beach.

I now have shared this golden nugget with you.

I was going to make a YouTube video of this idea but who knows when that will happen.

11/24/2013 - Dream of a spider grafted to a hornet or wasp's body

I had a dream on 11/24/2013 with a memorable image of an odd spider.

The legs of the spider were like daddy long-leg spider's legs. The head of the spider was dark gray and the torso of the spider looked like a hornet or wasp's body.

That has to have some hidden meaning!

I started to think about what it might mean.

Key words are:

Hornet, wasp, spider, legs, daddy long-legs, dark gray, head, torso, body.

WSP could be a police officer (Washington State Patrol).

The rest of the words and images, I don't have a clue to their meaning in my dream.

This is a tough dream to figure out the meaning of. I will look up the words on the internet for meanings in a dream.

Internet Search reveals insect/hornets/wasps meaning something is "bugging" you. The loss of someone close to you. A spider can represent achievement through hard work, as well as the ability to create things that are useful and beautiful.

Conclusion so far: I am torn between the frustration of working so hard in my current job and the longing to apply myself to more creative and rewarding work in the future like painting a beautiful water color landscape.
 

11/21/2013 - High frequency Earth Quakes?

I had a dream on 11/16/2013. I looked up to a yellow, plaster ceiling in a building I was walking through. All of a sudden the whole building started rapidly shaking. The frequency of the shaking was so fast I thought it might be artificially created. Kind of like a paint mixing machine at your local hardware store.

Crazy fast.

The plaster ceiling start falling rapidly to the floor.

Since it was memorable, odd and nothing I would normally dream about I think it is a glimpse of some future event I will experience.
